The right balance of important hormones is essential to support breast growth during puberty. Throughout life, the female body undergoes radical hormonal changes. Many of these changes can be attributed to massively altered foods, synthetic agents, chemicals in the environment and the stress of modern life. As a result, about 80 per cent of all women are dissatisfied with their breasts and seek natural ways to improve their appearance.
Certain plant substances have been used in naturopathy for decades to promote normal hormone balance in women. Phytoestrogens are hormone-like substances that have a high similarity to estrogens and can therefore positively intervene in hormone balance. At the same time, they can also influence the female breast by helping to promote the development of mammary gland tissue and naturally enlarge the breast. When the hormone balance in the body is restored, it can work more optimally again. The result can be an increase in breast size and fullness.
The following plant substances can have a positive effect on the female breast:
Benedicte herb (Cnicus benedictus): This plant was successfully used as early as the 17th century to support the normal function of various glands and to maintain a normal hormonal balance.
Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale): Contains a range of vitamins and minerals. Among many other benefits for the body, the plant can stimulate metabolism and cell renewal in the breast, and have a positive effect on the growth of new breast tissue.
Damiana (Turnera aphrodisiaca): Already used by the ancient Maya to maintain female hormonal balance, thus supporting the proper development of the mammary glands.
Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis): Also known as “female ginseng”. Has a high content of vitamins and minerals and may help maintain normal cellular function of the female reproductive system. Dong Quai is believed to have a balancing effect on the female hormonal system. The plant can thus promote blood circulation and stimulate the growth of the breasts.
Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis): The plant can have a calming effect and make the skin more resistant, which can lead to a tightening of the breast, among other things.
Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens): The plant’s valuable ingredients can help support normal hormone balance and thus promote breast size.
Wild yams: The tuber-forming climbing plant has a positive effect on the female hormone balance and can therefore also positively support breast growth. In addition, this plant can improve certain symptoms of menopause.
